Request for Qualifications – #LB 22-004 Large-Scale Demolition Program Technical Assistance/ Consulting Services, is being issued by the Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) and funded through various grants which may include American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA)/ Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) as authorized under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF), 31 CFR Part 35, as amended. Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) is seeking consulting firms with extensive experience in commercial and residential demolition and with a commanding knowledge of appropriate federal, state and local codes, standards, and regulations to assist GCLBA staff in building and implementing systems to achieve defined goals and objectives around a multi-grant funded, multi-million dollar demolition program. Bids are due no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. Sealed bids can be delivered to the Genesee County Land Bank, 452 S. Saginaw St, 2nd Floor, Flint, MI 48502, envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number. A public bid opening will be held immediately after the deadline. Incomplete proposals and those received after the deadline may not be considered.

The GCLBA reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, omit bid items, negotiate any part of the bid, or accept any bid that is considered most favorable to GCLBA. Each respondent shall submit one (1) original, one (1) additional copy of application and one flash drive containing a PDF copy. Respondent is responsible for labelling the exterior of the sealed envelope containing the proposal response with the proposal number, proposal name, proposal due date and time, and your firm’s name.

GCLBA invites the submission of proposals from contractors who are capable, qualified and experienced to conduct the abatement, demolition and disposal of residential structures located in Genesee County. Bids are due no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Sealed bids can be delivered to the Genesee County Land Bank, 452 S. Saginaw St, 2nd Floor, Flint, MI 48502, envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number.
