- Step 1 – Show up to view the home during the listed open house hours.
- Step 2 – Put together your plans for the property, cost of development or renovations, proof of funds/financing and be sure to answer all questions in the Proposal Guidelines.
- Step 3 – Submit your proposal by email (offers@thelandbank.org), fax (810-257-3090), or drop box in 1st floor lobby of Land Bank building.
- Step 4 – Land Bank staff will review your offer following the scoring criteria provided below.
