Renovate Genesee is making headlines. Here's a recap of today's big announcement from ABC12 News.

Renovate Genesee (RenGen Housing) is an ambitious four-year initiative to deliver 125 renovated homes to families across our community. In our pilot year alone, 13 homes have already been fully renovated, with another 13 underway. These are homeownership opportunities for income-qualified residents.
