FLINT, Mich.— A herd of 48 goats are at Ramona Park munching on buckthorn, an invasive plant that spreads quickly and takes nutrients away from our native plants.
This is a pilot program launched by the Genesee County Landbank that looks to clear buckthorn at vacant lots around Flint.
