A newly renovated house for sale for far less than what was spent to fix it up. The Genesee County Land Bank has five, that were just completed, on display during Saturday's Fall Homes Tour in Flint's Mott Park neighborhood.


The Land Bank's mission is to restore value to the community by acquiring, developing and selling vacant and abandoned properties in cooperation with stakeholders who value responsible land ownership.

The Land Bank will be closed on Friday, April 19th to observe the Good Friday holiday. We will reopen at 9 am on Monday, April 22nd.
