Update - 3/26/2020
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Land Bank will be waiving late fees on land contracts for the month of April. To postpone your April land contract payment, please fill out and submit a Skip A Payment form.
Update - 3/23/2020
In compliance with the Governor’s Executive order 2020-21 issued March 23, 2020 for the State of Michigan, the Genesee County Land Bank will be closed until further notice. Please check back for updates for any changes.
Please submit payment through the mail to 452 S Saginaw St, 2nd Floor, Flint MI, 48502, or place them in the drop box on the first floor of the Land Bank Building.
If you are current on your land contract and have been financially affected by the COVID-19 virus, you may qualify for a Skip-A-Payment for the month of April. Please sign and submit this form by mail, fax, or in the payment drop box as soon as possible.
Update - 3/16/2020
In an effort to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus, starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020 the Genesee County Land Bank will be closed to the public until further notice.
Phones will be working and staff will be available. Please call the office (810) 257-3088 between 9 am and 4 pm Monday –Friday with any questions you may have.

The Genesee County Land Bank is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 recommendations and will make business decisions accordingly.
As of right now, the Land Bank will continue to operate during regular business hours and host scheduled Featured Home showings as listed on our Facebook page and website. Please check back to our Facebook page and website for any updates regarding our operations.
