The Land Bank’s Weed & Trash Abatement Crews are finishing up in Area 5 this week and can be expected in Area 6 soon.
They are currently on schedule even with the difficulties of hiring enough crew members for this season.
The GCLBA is still seeking to hire an additional 20 members for our seasonal crews.

JOB POSTING: Seasonal/Temporary Property Maintenance Crews
The Genesee County Land Bank Authority is seeking seasonal/temporary employees to work on our mowing and trash abatement crews. These employees will work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021.

Durant Turri Mott Vision Project
The Land Bank underwent a nine-month planning process with neighborhood residents, working area professionals, and local organizations in the Durant Tuuri Mott target area to identify potential reuses for vacant land.
