Crews Mowed More Than 6,500 Properties since mid-May
Land Bank crews continue to make their way through the city mowing all vacant lots. Instead of just mowing Land Bank lots, crews mow all vacant and overgrown properties they encounter. To date, they have mowed more than 10,500 lots. They will be moving out of area 8 and into area 12 in the on our maintenance map/schedule. The schedule will be update frequently and shared here and on Facebook.
Thank you to residents, Clean & Green volunteers and others for helping to keep vacant properties clean and maintained throughout the City. The GCLBA appreciates your service to the community!
The Clean & Green program has officially launched for the 2020 season!
This year, 59 groups were awarded a collective 3,670 properties. Altogether, groups will receive nearly $515,000 to improve their neighborhoods! The program was delayed this season due to the Governors stay at home order and program modifications to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Groups will be adhering to social distancing guidelines and taking extra precautions to limit the spread of COVID-19. Click here for more details.

Thank you to our many partners and funders for making our work to address the problems with abandoned and tax-foreclosed properties feasible. We hope that you stay healthy and safe.
The Land Bank sales team is experiencing an increased work load due to COVID-19. Because of this, we are placing a hold of our lease-a-lot program including any new lease signings or renewals until we can get caught back up. Click here for additional information.
