The Genesee County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (GCBRA) and the Genesee County Land Bank Authority (Land Bank) invited local officials and staff to learn how their programs can work for local governments. Presentations were given on the tax foreclosure process, Land Bank and GCBRA programs and successes, funds available for neighborhood stabilization, and how to meet requirements under Michigan public acts.
