Genesee County Land Bank Minimum Qualifications for Contractors

Bidders added to the Land Bank’s prequalification list shall have the capability to perform any possible future contract and the integrity and reliability to assure good faith performance. This requirement includes the availability of the appropriate financial, material, equipment, facility, personnel, ability, expertise and experience necessary to meet all contractual requirements.

At a minimum, the following requirements are necessary for submission of a response:

1. Evidence of Financial Stability
2. License & Certificate
3. Evidence of Insurance
4. Certificate of Good Standing (Corporation) or Certificate of Existence
5. Experience
6. Bid and Performance Bond
7. Conflict of Interest Statement & Supporting Documentation
8. Debarment and Suspension
9. State License and/or Certification
10. Capacity
